In 2006, Malachite Management Inc., a scientific and medical association and conference management company, spun its Communications and Publishing Division off, forming Connexon Creative Inc.

Malachite established its Communications and Publishing Division in 2002, with a mission to accelerate science by providing products and services that enhance communication and facilitate the exchange of information.
